Two Blue Pendants Wrapped in Brass Wire

Two Blue Pendants Wrapped in Brass Wire

I guess its been a while since I've posted on here.
October 1 we went on a trip down the Oregon Coast and we had beautiful weather. See  http://sleepingbeautystravels.blogspot.com/ to find out more about it. If it isn't showing there yet, come back again later.
Since we've been back I have a lot of catching up on organization.
I still find time to make jewelry, but not so easy to find time to write on the computer.
Here are a couple of pendants I made recently.
I also wrapped a beach stone in a different  more experimental manner.

Now available on Etsy

This one is going to be the focus point of a statement necklace

This one is up for Auction on EBAY starting at $4.99.

Thanks for visiting.

Couple of Different Things...

Here are a couple of different things I've made using sea glass. The pendant is available on Etsy.

This is a copper wire wrapped beach stone pendant. It has a small piece of green sea glass for an accent.

The back side

An assemblage made from a clock frame, cookie tin cover and sea glass. It is 12 inches  (approx. 30cm) across.

Making More Pendants

As I make more pendants, my technique keeps evolving. Ideas emerge while working. I love this cycle of creativity.  They may not be selling on Etsy like I hoped they would.  Sooner or later I will figure out the right venue that works the best for me. In the mean time, I keep on pursuing my dream: I keep on making and they are getting better.
I know I have to figure out how to make my own web site. Yet there are so many choices on providers,  shopping carts, e- commerce possibilities etc. etc. etc. To learn about all this just takes up so much of my creative time. Right now, for me, its time to wire wrap sea glass and develop that.  Here some of my latest pieces. These particular pieces showing in today's blog are not on Etsy. Contact me if you like them. If you want to buy one email me.
