Finding Sea Glass on Ediz Hook, Port Angeles, WA

The other day we were in Port Angeles, and we decided to drive out onto Ediz Hook.

Looking straight ahead, Port Angeles is across the water.

In just a few minutes I found a small handful of sea glass

Messy Desk vs Clean Desk

I recently had to take some time-out to clean up and organize my work space.
When working with so many small pieces like beads, wires, findings, and other doo-dads, things can turn to chaos in a hurry. Sometimes you just have to take the time to sort and put away.  It's not fun to do, I like the finished results.

Now for the workplace before and after shot...

Work space before clean up (YIKES)

Work space after clean up (YEAH)

Newest Creations and Sorting Green Sea Glass in the Sun

Haven't posted in a while because we were on vacation.
Finally, after unpacking,  getting the studio somewhat in order and a day of canning tuna, I've been able to get around to making more wire wrapped sea glass jewelry
Unique asymmetrical design
Today it was so nice outside that I set up a table and sorted some green sea glass in the sun. It felt so good to have some sunshine on my shoulders.

Wire Wrapped Sea Glass and the Forks 4th of July Art Show

The past few days have been very exciting for me. I helped out with the Forks' Far West Art League "4th of July Art and Craft Show.  It was fun and interesting to meet some more creative  people in  Forks WA and surrounding area. I displayed some of my paintings and wire wrapped sea glass. I even made a few sales.
